Forest Wellness Series: Midsummer Stillness
Celebrate the height of summer with a restorative forest experience centered on slowing down, embracing the season, and reconnecting with nature. As summer reaches its peak, the forest is alive with vibrant greenery, birdsong, and the gentle hum of life. This guided Forest Wellness session invites you to pause, breathe deeply, and immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and scents of midsummer.
Inspired by the practice of forest bathing, participants will be guided through a series of gentle invitations designed to help reduce stress, foster mindfulness, and cultivate a sense of calm and well-being. Take time to notice the abundance of the season, appreciate the shade of the forest canopy, and reconnect with yourself through a slower pace.
The experience will conclude with a refreshing seasonal beverage—a homemade rhubarb cordial mixed with sparkling water to create a light and refreshing rhubarb soda, perfect for a summer morning.
Simply bring yourself, comfortable clothing, sturdy footwear suitable for light walking, and a water bottle. Come ready to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of midsummer in the forest.

Full Moon Reflections
As summer begins to give way to autumn, join us for a special evening of reflection beneath the light of the full moon. This Forest Wellness experience invites participants to slow down, take stock of the season behind them, and set intentions for the months ahead.
The evening will begin with a gentle walk around Seymour Quarry, offering opportunities to connect with nature as the sun sets and the moon rises. Along the way, participants will be guided through mindful invitations designed to encourage presence, gratitude, and reflection.
Following the walk, we will gather by the water for a campfire experience where participants can reflect on the summer season and consider what they would like to carry forward into the fall. Each participant will receive a notebook to record thoughts, intentions, and reflections throughout the evening.
