Forest Wellness Series

Full Moon Reflections

Register Here

As summer begins to give way to autumn, join us for a special evening of reflection beneath the light of the full moon. This Forest Wellness experience invites participants to slow down, take stock of the season behind them, and set intentions for the months ahead.

The evening will begin with a gentle walk around Seymour Quarry, offering opportunities to connect with nature as the sun sets and the moon rises. Along the way, participants will be guided through mindful invitations designed to encourage presence, gratitude, and reflection.

Following the walk, we will gather by the water for a campfire experience where participants can reflect on the summer season and consider what they would like to carry forward into the fall. Each participant will receive a notebook to record thoughts, intentions, and reflections throughout the evening.

Inspired by the practice of forest bathing, this session provides a welcoming space to pause, reconnect with yourself and the natural world, and embrace the transition between seasons.

Simply bring yourself, weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy footwear suitable for light walking, and a warm layer for the evening. Come ready to relax, reflect, and enjoy the beauty of a summer night under the full moon.
