Upland forest, lowland forest, constructed wetlands, abandoned quarry and tallgrass prairie Seymour has it all. Come and join us for a guided spring walk to see the spring flora (and maybe even some fauna) on Seymour’s beautiful well-maintained trails. Dawn your favourite hikers and don’t forget your water and insect spray and we can spend the afternoon discovering the treasures of Seymour’s ample ecosystems.
Forest Wellness Series
A Walk of Appreciation

Description:
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a restorative forest experience centered on rest, reflection, and renewal. This special Forest Wellness session is designed for mothers and caregivers seeking time to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves and the natural world.
To support this dedicated time in nature, this program is intended for adult participants. Children are welcome to attend through our children’s programming, available for $5.00 per child. Programming will be provided by an LTC staff member who has completed a Vulnerable Sector Check, allowing participants to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
