Map Viewer

If you wish to determine if your property is affected by Part VI of the Conservation Authorities Act or O. Reg. 41/24, you can use our Map Viewer.  As not all regulated features are mapped (e.g. steep slopes), using the map viewer should be considered as a first step to screen your property. You will also be able to access the Assessment Roll Number for a specific property through the query function by inputting a civic address.

The information in this viewer is not intended to constitute advice nor is it to be used as a substitute for specific advice from a qualified professional. You should not act, or refrain from acting, based upon information shown in the viewer without verifying the information with Lower Trent Conservation staff and, as necessary, obtaining professional advice regarding your particular facts and circumstances. In order to do this please contact our Planning & Regulations staff and be prepared with a legal description of your property (e.g. civic address, lot & concession; Assessment Roll Number required).

Please submit requests for information through our Property Inquiry Service.
